This pop/soul ballad depicts the story of a girl who has fallen into the abyss of heartbreak and sorrow. The realization of the fact that she could not persist through life without her partner debilitates her, and leads to her spiralling through a kaleidoscope of emotions, represented in this song. While this story is about a particular case, the song applies to anyone who may fall madly in love at one point in their life: it is simultaneously the most beautiful and heart-wrenching experience to ever go through.
